About CAP-Hepatitis C
The Caring Ambassadors Hepatitis C Program mission is to
improve the lives of people living with hepatitis C through information
and awareness.
CAP-Hepatitis C activities fall into two primary areas:
Goal: Everyone that has hepatitis C knows it.
Projects:
- Internet content
- Training programs for health care professionals
- HCV screening events and local test site information
- Information programs - multimedia
- Advocacy work
Goal: People living with hepatitis C have the best
disease management information available.
Projects:
- Hepatitis C Choices book
- Choices in Care Patient Workshops
- Community Outreach
